The recipient received exactly what I ordered. Delivery was made to an employee at a busy hospital in the area. It has been a long time since I have ordered with Ruth Messmer from out of state for a delivery in the Fort Myers area. Customer service and delivery have not change. Still the BEST!!!

I wanted to surprise my sister with a floral arrangement that was beautiful, fun and made her smile. She absolutely loved it, sent me a picture of it, and it was exactly as I had ordered. These flowers were amazing. I ordered for a friend of mine in Fort Myers FL and I live in Franklin , NC . If you live in Fort Myers , FL shop local . This shop is amazing. I did upgrade to the premium but still believe if I would have gotten the regular, it still would have been amazing. My friend loved them and brighten her day . Will be ordering again from this florist. Remember people shop local , support them ! Thanks again for a Great job .
